Your Data,
Kept Well

RM Homes handle your information the way we handle every piece we craft with care, intention, and nothing hidden in the seams. This page explains the safeguards behind your data: how it's stored, who can reach it, and what happens if something ever goes wrong.

This page explains how RM Homes protect the personal information you share with us the systems we use, the people who can access it, and what happens if something ever goes wrong.

01

What This Page Covers

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. This page goes one layer deeper it's about how we keep that information safe once we have it: the systems, the safeguards, and the people who are allowed to touch your data.

If you're looking for what we collect or how we use it, that lives in our Privacy Policy. If you're asking whether your data is actually safe with us, you're in the right place.

02

Encryption & Storage

Information you send us your account details, addresses, and order history is encrypted in transit between your device and our servers, and encrypted at rest in storage.

Payment details are never stored on our own servers. Checkout is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors built for exactly this, so your card details pass through us without ever settling here.

03

Access Controls

Not everyone on our team can see everything. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to do their job or scoped tighter still.

Delivery access details floor number, lift availability, staircase width are visible only to the specific logistics and installation team assigned to your order, and only for as long as your delivery is active.

Every access to sensitive systems is logged, and we review those logs to catch anything that looks out of place.

04

Keeping the Systems Themselves Secure

Our servers, admin tools, and internal systems sit behind authentication and monitoring designed to catch unusual activity early failed login attempts, access from unexpected locations, or requests to pull unusually large amounts of data.

We patch and update the software our platform depends on on an ongoing basis, and we periodically test our own defences to find weak points before anyone else does.

05

Our Partners' Responsibilities

We work with a small number of partners to run our site, process payments, and deliver furniture to your door. Every one of them is contractually required to protect your data at least as carefully as we do, and to use it only for the purpose we've engaged them for.

We don't sell your data, and we don't hand it to a partner just because they ask nicely. Access is scoped to what each partner actually needs to do their part of the job.

06

If Something Goes Wrong

No system is unbreakable, and we don't pretend otherwise. We maintain a process for detecting, containing, and investigating security incidents as quickly as possible.

If a breach is ever found to have affected your personal information, we'll notify you directly, explain what happened in plain language, and tell you what we're doing about it and what you can do too.

07

What You Can Do

Use a strong, unique password for your account, and change it if you ever suspect it's been shared or reused elsewhere.

Be cautious of messages claiming to be from us that ask for your password, OTP, or full card number we will never ask you for these over email, chat, or phone.

08

Report a Concern

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, or you notice anything about your account that doesn't look right, tell us right away. We take every report seriously and will follow up with you directly.

09
