RM HOME Cancellation Policy

At RM HOME, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order. Below are the guidelines for order cancellations:

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

• Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support team.
• A full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. Customers may initiate a return after receiving the product by following our return policy.

3. Customized Orders

• Orders for customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once they are confirmed.
• In exceptional cases, cancellations may be allowed subject to a cancellation fee to cover production costs.

4. Bulk and B2B Orders

• Bulk and business-to-business (B2B) orders require advance notice for cancellations. Any expenses incurred during the order process will be deducted before issuing a refund.

5. Refunds

• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.

6. Cancellation Fees

• No cancellation fees are applicable for standard product cancellations made before shipment.
• For special, large, or customized orders, cancellation fees may apply based on the progress of production or preparation.

7. How to Request a Cancellation

• Customers can request a cancellation by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.
• Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.

8. Exceptions

• RM HOME reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraudulent transactions. Customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued in such cases.
